Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

You will be answering incoming calls and assisting our new clients with setting up their Credit Repair cases.  All new hires start off in our CLT (Client Loyalty Team), but have the opportunity to progress and move up quickly in the company and into other departments.

 

WHO WE WANT:

 

We are looking for a pretty specific kind of person.  Our ideal candidate will be able to circle (at least) a few of the items below. 

 

Are you someone that:

 

  • LOVES to talk on the phone
  • Gets all warm and fuzzy when you’ve been able to help someone with an issue or problem
  • Can sit at a desk throughout an 8-hour shift (obviously with the exception of any breaks or lunches!)
  • Doesn’t mind having a semi-permanent line on your hair from wearing a headset during your shift
  • Won’t have any trouble looking at a computer screen all day
  • Prefers to have weekly feedback sessions with a Team Lead so you can learn and grow (which can possibly help you to promote through the company)
  • Doesn’t get bent out of shape (or any of these - worked up, torqued, riled up, fly off the handle) when speaking to upset customers (I mean this IS a CUSTOMER SERVICE position!)
  • Someone who wants more than just a paycheck. We want people who WANT to be here, people who have GRIT! (As per Urban Dictionary – Grit: Spirit, Guts or Courage. Merriam-Webster: mental toughness, courage and resolve, strength of character.)
  • We are only hiring for a mid shift or an even shift.  With a start time no earlier than 12:00pm.

Qualifications

Now for the list of measurable qualifications:

 

  • You must be able to use a computer pretty well
  • To be able to keep up with the calls and clients, you have to type at least 35 WPM (this will be tested if you are selected to come in for an interview)
  • High School Diploma or GED is REQUIRED!
  • You have to be considered a legal adult (18 years of age)
  • We will do a drug test and background check, which means you must pass both!

 

*** This is an added bonus for people who qualify: if you’re a Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker, there’s a $0.50 pay diff for your awesomeness.  This is also something that will be tested during your interview process. ***
