    Progrexion is the leading provider of credit report repair services in the United States. Progrexion’s technology and services help consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports, verify whether that information is fair, accurate and substantiated, and correct inaccuracies with individual creditors, other data furnishers and the national credit bureaus. Progrexion technology and services are used by CreditRepair.com, its wholly-owned subsidiary, and Lexington Law, an independently-operated law firm. 


    Currently, we are looking for a Mailroom Assistant Manager to support our Mailroom team and Manager in the North Salt Lake Office.


    • Support the Mailroom initiatives to ensure that the department meet or exceeds expectations.
    • Performance analysis/trends/ Make sure staffing needs are met.
    • Focus on best practices for employee retention.
    • Coach and develop Team members and Team Leads through weekly in-room coaching sessions weekly team meetings.
    • Follow through with any necessary Performance Improvement Plans or disciplinary actions.
    • Answer Employee questions.
    • Oversee and run all functions of the team.
    • Assist manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
    • Ensure schedules and objectives are met.
    • Supervise and motivate staff.  
    • Any other responsibilities assigned by their Manager


    • 1-3 years in a Leadership role (e.g. management, team lead, etc.).
    • Coaching and Mentoring experience.
    • Knowledge of management skills in interviewing, training, and coaching employees in creating a positive team atmosphere.
    • Knowledge of queues, machines, etc. based on your position.
    • Ability to do basic math as it relates to payroll and basic metrics analysis.
    • Must have strong communication skill both oral and written.
    • Self-motivated and extremely reliable with excellent time management skills.
    • Understands and performs their responsibilities with proficiency.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude with above the line thinking.
    • Not on any final write ups for attendance in last 60 days.
    • Understands our product and services.
    • Excellent organization, and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work well in high-stress situations/fast-paced environment in handling multiple tasks.
    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills required. 
    • Microsoft Access, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint and Word knowledge is required.
    • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
