    • BILIGUAL SPANISH SPEAKERS WANTED! We pay a .50cent differential. This is tested in the interview to qualify. On average 1 in every 6-7 calls taken are in Spanish, the rest are in English.

    Responsibilities

    YOUR ROLE:

    You will be answering incoming calls, as you review cases on a computer to assist our clients with their ongoing Credit Repair cases.  All new hires start off in our CLT (Client Loyalty Team) but have the opportunity to progress and move up quickly in the company and into other departments.

     

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • You must be able to multi-task on a computer while on the phone with clients
    • A typing speed of at least 30 WPM for an adjusted speed (this is tested in your interview)
    • High School Diploma or GED is required
    • You have to be considered a legal adult (18+ years of age)
    • We will do a drug test and background check, which means you must pass both!
