WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Taking incoming calls from our clients, assisting with their credit questions and needs; each call is unique and each caller has a different story related to their credit journey. Our Credit Advisors are taught to handle each call with compassion, focusing on the needs of our clients and building long term relationships. This could include handling complex credit questions or helping our clients see the value of our service.

*****We are currently seeking applicants that are able to work anytime during our hours of operation, from 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please be advised that training will be from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m Monday through Friday *****

Credit is important and we need people that can handle complex client service calls while displaying pride and integrity in our service. This career is for people that can handle complex calls, are great at multitasking and have a desire to go home each day knowing that they’ve help our clients on their credit journey.
Additional skills needed to be successful: proficient computer, communication, and problem solving skills, comfortable with high-volume Contact Center environment, have a high school diploma or GED and ability to pass pre-employment drug and background check.
